Rise Technical in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC and building systems designs on healthcare, corporate, or commercial projects.

You will own projects from concept through delivery, perform engineering calculations, review documentation, and mentor junior engineers and designers. PE license preferred or willingness to obtain one, with strong autonomy and career progression within a market‑leading firm.
