Rise Technical in Indianapolis is seeking an HVAC Technician or Facilities Engineer to advance from hands-on building systems to a more technical, engineering-focused role.

Based at one site, you’ll investigate equipment performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and identify improvements to reliability and efficiency of the facility’s HVAC and mechanical systems, gaining greater ownership and long-term career progression.
