Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering required.
• 15+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience expected.
• Professional Engineer License required.
• Business Development experience preferred.
• Operations/management experience over engineers or office operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical system design and commissioning for complex projects (HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, fire protection, controls).
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with clients to deliver high‑performance building solutions.
• Focus on healthcare and critical infrastructure portfolio growth and leadership.
• Drive client relationships and team collaboration in a casual yet professional environment.
