Qualifications

Eight or more years of professional experience designing and building HVAC systems for healthcare facilities.
Experience with hospital code compliance and project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead mechanical designs and provide multi-disciplinary design leadership on projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders and code officials to deliver integrated designs through construction.
Coordinate with multiple disciplines and project managers to produce comprehensive deliverables.
Supervise or mentor team members and provide timely feedback.
Maintain strong client relations and support repeat business.
Prepare drawings, specifications, reports and presentations, incorporating sustainable design.
