Job summary

Apetan Consulting LLC seeks an experienced engineer to coordinate on-site and offshore activities, manage large assemblies and system layouts, and develop designs using 3D modeling tools such as ProE/Creo. The role requires familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials, and vacuum-system fabrication, with a bias toward multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural collaboration.

Proficiency in CAD (ProE/Creo) and strong technical writing are essential; SEMI standards knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Very Good experience in onsite-offshore coordination.
• Managing large assemblies and system layout using reference geometry.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, sheet metal forming & operations.
• Develop conceptual and detailed designs using 3D modeling software packages (ProE/Creo, etc.).
• Proficient in 3D solid modeling using CAD, preferably ProE/Creo.
• Understanding of materials and fabrication techniques for vacuum systems.
• Be able to work in a multi-discipline and multi-culture global organization.
• Be flexible and adaptive to adjust project focus based on priority changes.
• Excellent writing skills and verbal communication.
• Good knowledge of Engineering Materials in the design environment.
• Experience in reverse engineering can be an added advantage.
• SEMI (S2, S8) standards/Semiconductor domain experience added advantage.
