Job summary

Raas Infotek LTD is seeking an experienced design engineer to collaborate on complex assemblies and system layouts. You will develop conceptual and detailed designs using 3D modeling tools such as Creo or ProE, and ensure manufacturability with a solid understanding of machining, welding, and sheet metal forming.

Candidates should communicate effectively across disciplines in a global organization and adapt to shifting priorities.

Job description

• Very Good experience in onsite-offshore coordination
• Managing large assemblies and system layout using reference geometry
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, sheet metal forming & operations
• Develop conceptual and detailed designs using 3D modeling software packages (ProE/Creo, etc.)
• Proficient in 3D solid modeling using CAD, preferably ProE/Creo
• Understanding of materials and fabrication techniques for vacuum systems
• Be able to work in a multi-discipline and multi-culture global organization.
• Be flexible and adaptive to adjust project focus based on priority changes.
• Excellent writing skills and verbal communication
• Good knowledge of Engineering Materials in the design environment.
• Experience in reverse engineering can be an added advantage.
• SEMI (S2, S8) standards/Semiconductor domain experience added advantage.

Tool Requirements:

• CAD Tools: Creo (Working experience), AutoCAD.
• Microsoft Tools: Knowledge in Visio, Publisher, and other MS Office tools.
