Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited college.
• 8+ years' facility design experience with building systems.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical liaison with clients and coordinate mechanical design efforts.
• Prepare engineering cost estimates and data analyses.
• Develop design computations for sizing and system criteria.
• Mentor junior staff and lead 2D/3D design teams.
• Apply BIM, energy models, and building codes in designs.
