Digitailor is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to maintain, grow, and improve a portfolio of lighting products and services. You will oversee Engineered-to-Order product sales and support other sustainment roles while interfacing with manufacturing, product management, quality, and other engineering teams.

The role requires a 4-year engineering degree and 5–7 years of related experience, proficiency in MS Excel, and 2D/3D CAD.

Competenze

• A 4-year degree in Engineering and 5-7 years of related experience is preferred.
• Must be proficient in MS Excel.
• 2D and 3D CAD experience is needed.
• SAP ERP system experience is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Manage order flow and design/testing/documentation of Engineered-to-Order (ETO) products for specific customer demands.
• Coordinate testing requirements and complete prototype builds to support marketing and sales needs.
• Perform profitability improvement projects such as product-cost reductions and inventory reductions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to implement product discontinuations and dispositions of inventory.
• Provide technical assistance to Warranty/Quality/Technical Service requests.
• Complete drawings and 3D models to support updates to product portfolio.
