Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products, custom equipment, and enhancements.
• Create 3D models, drawings, calculations, and technical docs.
• Perform engineering analysis including FEA and simulations.
• Lead prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure cost-effective designs.
• Support product launches and transition designs to production.
• Gather VOC feedback during development to guide iterations.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
• Provide sustaining engineering support for existing products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve technical challenges.
