Qualifications

• Familiarity with working in a chemical laboratory.
• Experience in surface preparation and analytical techniques.
• In-depth understanding and working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Excellent people skills with diverse teams, customers, and partners.
• Proactive problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Designs and analyzes mechanical systems, equipment and packaging.
