Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the end-to-end mechanical architecture and design of complex electronic products. You will drive design excellence, own system-level solutions, and collaborate across hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust mechanical and thermal performance.

The role requires 8+ years in electro-mechanical enclosure design, proficiency with NX, TeamCenter, and Creo, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in electro mechanical enclosure design.
• Broad knowledge of design constraints for sheet metal, plastic, PCB layout, and die-cast design.
• Proven track record of leadership in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on system-level optimization and thermal management.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop mechanical enclosures for electronic products.
• Define product and project-level architecture and interfaces for interoperability.
• Resolve design issues at the system level and lead cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with CAD and manufacturing engineers throughout development.
• Design and develop advanced thermal and structural solutions to meet performance requirements.
