Job summary

itD Tech is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead electro-mechanical enclosure design and system-level optimization. The role requires deep experience with NX, TeamCenter, and PTC Creo, plus strong mechanical analysis capabilities.

This is a 12-month, 100% onsite opportunity in Austin, TX. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to drive manufacturability, thermal management, and performance improvements across enclosure designs.

Qualifications

• BSME or equivalent required.
• 5+ years experience in electro-mechanical enclosure design.
• Extensive NX and TeamCenter and/or PTC Creo experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and development of electro-mechanical enclosures.
• Develop sheet metal enclosure designs for performance and manufacturability.
• Create and manage detailed mechanical designs using NX, TeamCenter, and/or PTC Creo.
• Analyze mechanical and thermal requirements for system-level optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve design challenges.
• Apply structural analysis tools to improve mechanical designs.
• Support advanced thermal management and system performance.
