Qualifications

• 10–20 years of mechanical design experience in consulting engineering.
• Proactive and collaborative team member with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Project and client management.
• Prepare proposals and administer project contracts.
• Understand work planning and manage the design process to the work plan hours.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for HVAC details.
• Meet with vendors and contractors to review design details.
• Respond to RFIs and review submittals accurately.
• Conduct field verification and take-offs for renovation projects.
