Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical engineering with 7+ years of experience (MS +5).
• Strong FEA and engineering calculations.
• Proficient in 3D CAD tools (Creo/Ansys/SolidWorks/Catia).
• Fluent English and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex mechanical engineering projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Own technical performance, quality, and cost targets across programs.
• Lead propulsion engineering projects with competing priorities.
• Perform advanced analyses including structural analyses and hand calcs.
• Lead root-cause investigations for technical and reliability issues.
• Develop corrective and preventive actions and close issues.
• Mentor lower-level engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Support prototype builds, testing, and production issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement for reliability, manufacturability and quality.
• Contribute to long-term platform strategy and engineering standards.
