Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience with mechanical systems including sheet metal enclosures, structural systems, and thermal management.
• Background in small- to-medium-scale system design (electrical enclosures, panel layout, seismic considerations, heat management).
• Proficiency with ERP and CAD systems (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of ASME, NEMA, UL, IEC, and related mechanical standards.
• Experience generating and reviewing BOMs, drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical designs for electrical enclosures and systems.
• Coordinate medium-scale design efforts across the business segment.
• Create drawings, analyses, and test plans; manage BOMs and ERP data.
• Ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of designs.
