Job summary

Bristol Infrastructure Design Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support the Department of the Navy. The role focuses on mechanical utility systems, HVAC, piping, energy projects, and complex designs for government facilities.

The ideal candidate has ABET accreditation in Mechanical Engineering, PE registration, and strong experience with DoD/Navy codes, AUTOCAD, and REVIT. Office-based in the United States with potential for large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• PE registration required.
• Broad knowledge of DoD and Navy standards and codes.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design for complex DoD/Navy projects.
• Develop designs for HVAC, piping, and utility systems.
• Ensure compliance with ASME BPVC, ASHRAE, NFPA, and other relevant standards.
• Produce technical documents and present findings to stakeholders.
