Qualifications

• Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or equivalent field.
• 5–12 years of mechanical design experience across product lifecycles.
• Experience in DoD programs and design/documentation changes.
• Proficient with 3D CAD and GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on mechanical design support for DoD pre-production and production programs.
• Lead electromechanical design, layout, and modeling of robotic hardware.
• Coordinate engineering changes, produce designs and drawings for production.
• Perform tolerance analyses and oversee design reviews.
• Interface with vendors and customers on projects and cost estimation.
• Direct and mentor other engineers on design tasks.
