Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join product design teams and advance mechanical design for new and existing electronics packaging. The role demands DoD Secret clearance eligibility, US citizenship, and leadership of engineers and drafters.

Responsibilities include design concept evaluation, specifications review, mechanical analysis, and qualification testing to meet internal and customer requirements. Knowledge of GD&T, 3D modeling, and FEA is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and recommend design concepts to meet customer requirements.
• Review, negotiate and accept mechanical portions of product specifications.
• Perform mechanical analysis and document results.
• Mentor and supervise engineers and designers on projects.
• Interface with project/process/design teams to ensure design integrity.
• Develop qualification plans and perform testing for new designs.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities and materials for compliance.
