Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of mechanical design experience for electrical power equipment.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT support.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and development of critical power infrastructure products from concept to launch.
• Own mechanical design for new product development programs with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and drive best practices across the lifecycle.
• Develop metal frames, sheet metal enclosures, bus bars and wiring harnesses using 3D CAD and tests.
• Support prototype builds, verification, validation, and regulatory activities including UL.
