Prime Partners seeks a senior mechanical engineer to transition into a leadership role in Cheyenne. You will build the local office, recruit a team, and own the market from day one with strong support from an established firm.

You will drive business development with owners and designers, oversee design of mechanical systems, and ensure project success from kickoff to construction administration. Leadership and client-management skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 4-year engineering degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Demonstrated success in client management and business development.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities for market leadership in a new region.
• Experience leading or managing a consulting engineering office or team.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the Cheyenne office, including hiring, culture development, and P&L accountability.
• Serve as the firm's senior technical and market presence in the Wyoming region.
• Drive business development by cultivating relationships with owners, architects, and contractors.
• Lead pursuit strategy, proposal development, and executive-level client presentations.
• Provide senior design oversight on mechanical systems - HVAC, plumbing, piping, and controls.
• Own project scope, schedule, and budget from kickoff through construction administration.
• Oversee Revit 3D modeling, construction documents, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
