Skills

Client consulting experience

Strong client communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage clients, projects, fee, and scope

Familiarity with BIM software (Revit MEP)

Fundamental understanding of codes (IBC, IMC, IPC, IFC)

Ability to apply sustainable design principles

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Seven or more years of relevant experience

Professional Engineering license (preferred)

Project Management Professional certification (preferred)
