Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in automotive, powersports, off-road, or aftermarket sectors.
• Proven ability to move projects from concept through production with strong CAD and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of suspension systems and automotive components.
• Manage projects from concept to production release, including testing and validation.
• Create and review 3D CAD models, drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and work with cross-functional teams.
