You will mentor engineers, oversee cross-functional teams, and travel to customer sites as needed to ensure robust, high-quality solutions compliant with PAR's standards.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 12+ years designing advanced automated systems with leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex design projects from concept through detailed engineering.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with Controls, Software, Manufacturing, PM and Sales teams.
• Contribute to internal/external design reviews and customer-site support.
