Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience with complex aerospace systems.
• Proficient with SolidWorks/CREO or other CAD software.
• Experience with formal design reviews such as SRR, PDR, CDR
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical designs and drawings for hardware development per system requirements.
• Collaborate with program team or customer to define mechanical system requirements.
• Perform structural analysis to validate performance.
• Create presentation materials for design reviews.
• Interface with engineering and manufacturing on hardware solutions.
• Produce engineering outputs to support customer requirements.
• Support program meetings and reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.
