Qualifications

• Experience with Parametric CAD software for component design and initial sizing.
• Demonstrated experience in hardware design, analysis, and testing.
• Ability to work independently under general direction and communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• US citizenship or Permanent Residence is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate CAD design models and engineering drawings of components for spaceflight hardware.
• Perform analytical sizing activities on designed hardware.
• Develop reports, presentations and other documentation.
• Generate assembly/integration and test procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of acceptance standards for spaceflight hardware.
• Attend meetings and teleconferences to discuss design, analysis, and testing issues.
• Guide developed hardware through the manufacturing process.
