Job summary

A top-tier engineering firm in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead complex projects and mentor junior engineers. This full-time role involves mechanical design, collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive culture. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, a Texas PE license, and over 7 years of experience in the MEP industry.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in the MEP industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or higher)
