Senior Mechanical Engineer – Competitive Salary – Charlotte – Motorsport

Our client is a global leader in their niche, operating a top-tier, globally known motorsport program. With roots going back decades and a global fanbase, they’re looking for a senior engineer to join the team. Have a look and apply below!

Main Duties:

1. Performance improvements across the racing vehicle program (mechanisms, drivetrain, etc.)
2. Specification of analytical and scientific strategies
3. Development of mechanical systems (NX experience would be ideal)

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject with 8+ years’ experience at a top-tier racing program (NASCAR, IndyCar, WEC, WRC, F1, Formula E, etc.)
2. Experience developing motorsport or automotive components
3. Mechanical design, analysis, and testing experience
4. Strong 3D CAD skills
5. Willingness to occasionally travel
