We’re hiring for three remote mechanical engineering positions:

All roles are full-time, fully remote, and offer strong compensation and benefits. If you're a licensed Mechanical Engineer looking to lead design efforts, manage projects, or influence strategy, we’d love to hear from you.

1. Senior Mechanical Engineer (7+ years)

  • Lead HVAC and plumbing system design for a variety of complex building types
  • Perform system sizing, equipment selection, and energy code compliance
  • Coordinate detailed construction documentation and specifications
  • Provide QA/QC oversight and mentor junior team members

2. Lead Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager (10+ years)

  • Manage projects from concept through construction and close-out
  • Act as technical lead and main client liaison
  • Guide multidisciplinary coordination and maintain project schedules
  • Ensure design excellence and regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycle

3. Director / Subject Matter Expert (15+ years)

Must have experience in either Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Mission-Critical environments

  • Drive strategic initiatives, business development, and client relationships
  • Lead high-level project delivery and oversee financial performance
  • Represent the firm externally in industry organizations and technical forums
  • Remain engaged in technical leadership and project oversight

All Roles Require:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related field)
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills
  • Relevant sector-specific experience appropriate to level
