Are you driven by the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and complex projects around the world and to learn from the best? We are.

Diversity is at the core of everything we do. We work together to create a culture based on respect, trust, and inclusiveness. Our differences fuel our creativity.

What will you do?

In this position, you will join our Infrastructure business, playing an integral role in a team of highly skilled specialists that bring ideas to life for our clients across various infrastructure projects—from rural access roads to complex freeways, toll roads, system interchanges, and water security.

We understand our work is vital in supporting global economic development. It’s the technical expertise and deep knowledge of our people that truly set us apart. Here are the key responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections as requested by the client.
  • Ensure all works meet the company’s quality standards and requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
  • Support Project Managers and Engineers.
  • Ensure project specifications are fulfilled and company regulations are adhered to.
  • Maintain good Environmental, Safety, and Health practices at all times.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

We believe today’s complex challenges can only be solved by bringing together diverse teams from across our business, offering opportunities to apply your skills and creativity in different geographies and markets.

What can you bring to the team?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 7 years of project delivery experience prior to this role.
  • The ability to use initiative to resolve tasks or problems independently.
  • Experience managing small to large-scale projects, including cost estimates, tender submissions, scheduling, and meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with data center projects is an advantage.

Ideally, you will share our passion for re-imagining engineering and actively pursue continuous learning to shape the future. A relevant technical qualification and chartered status are preferred.

Our Aurecon Attributes describe the qualities we seek in our team members. You don’t need all eight attributes, but one that is unique to you.

We value diverse experiences and the ability to work collaboratively to bring ideas to life. Does this sound like you?
