Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Mechanical Drafting or related field.
• CSWP/CSWE certification is desirable.
• 5+ years drafting and drawing creation experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• 3+ years SolidWorks experience with parts, assemblies, and drawings.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and approve detailed mechanical drawings using SolidWorks.
• Convert concepts and models into production-ready documentation.
• Develop detailed part, assembly, and installation drawings.
• Apply GD&T, dimensions, tolerances, and BOMs to fully define components for manufacture.
• Review drawings for completeness, clarity, and compliance with drafting standards.
• Maintain and improve drafting templates, standards, and libraries.
