This on-site, permanent role focuses on designing HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for diverse construction projects, using AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a PE license, and at least 5 years of experience in mechanical design within construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• PE license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in HVAC and plumbing system design.
• Strong experience in MEP integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of mechanical systems for various construction projects, ensuring adherence to client specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and implement HVAC and plumbing systems designs, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam software for creating and modifying mechanical designs.
• Collaborate with the MEP team to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and plumbing systems.
• Review and validate designs, ensuring they meet all safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed designs.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory standards.
