Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in an applicable discipline plus six years applicable experience OR eight years applicable experience.
• Read and interpret plans from multiple disciplines (architectural, structural, civil, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and discipline-specific engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Process drawings from architects into usable models for the design team.
• Coordinate project setup and maintain current models through architect communications.
• Prepare electronic drawings with accuracy and efficiency using industry software.
• Assist in design studies, load calculations, and equipment selection to fit project design.
