As a Senior Mechanical Designer, you will be responsible for the complete design and integration of critical mechanical systems within a high-performance F1 chassis environment.
This includes ownership of complex sub-systems such as suspension, braking, driver controls, cooling and fuel - from initial concept and 3D CAD development through to detailed design, structural sign off and release for manufacture. Operating at a senior level, you will apply deep technical knowledge to ensure designs meet strict performance, stiffness, weight, and reliability targets under severe load constraints.
You will lead technical reviews, interface across departments and drive the resolution of design-related issues from rig testing to on-track deployment. In parallel, you’ll mentor junior designers, enforce best-practice methodologies, and support the evolution of internal design processes to maintain the highest engineering standards in a fast-paced development environment.
