Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in New Freedom, PA, seeks a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive Creo and Windchill experience to drive a PDM to PLM migration onsite. The role requires independent problem solving, process development, and cross‑functional collaboration across design, verification, sales and finance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years CREO design, 5+ years Windchill PLM, EBOM/MBOM experience, and proven migration leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years CREO mechanical and/or electrical design experience.
• 5+ years Windchill PLM experience.
• 5+ years producing or managing EBOM/MBOM.
• 5+ years in highly collaborative roles.
• 6 months of involvement in a major PLM migration.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support a large PDM to PLM migration project in Windchill.
• Develop and implement processes and documentation for PLM conversions.
• Act as SME for Creo and Windchill projects.
• Provide system-level product support using Creo and Windchill PLM.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, service, and quality teams.
