Responsibilities

• Execute the design, analysis, and evaluation of assigned projects while adhering to engineering standards, business practices, and product requirements.
• Apply mechanical and/or electrical engineering principles to support product development, performance improvement, and technology advancement initiatives.
• Develop new engineering solutions independently, under guidance, or as part of a collaborative engineering team.
• Work closely with business leadership at SPB and EB levels to understand requirements and align engineering solutions with business objectives.
• Define project needs, communicating engineering approaches, and presenting technical findings and research outcomes.
• Deliver products and technical solutions through participation in cross‑functional teams.
• Lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies, established methodologies, and engineering best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, reliability, manufacturability, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, and commercial teams to achieve project objectives and business goals.
