Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of mechanical design engineering experience.
• Strong background in product sustainment, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical testing and validation.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve existing products through troubleshooting, testing, validation, and engineering changes.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve product, manufacturing, and customer quality issues.
• Design mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.
• Develop and execute product testing and validation plans.
• Partner with electrical, software, manufacturing, and quality teams to deliver robust product solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, quality, and manufacturability.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, specifications, and test reports.
