Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically entry-level 0 - 2 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles, standards, theories, and concepts.
• Ability to help develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope and complexity.
• Ability to work in a team and follow guidance from senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in analysis, design, and evaluation of mechanical systems and components.
• Collect and analyze data related to mechanical systems, propulsion, structures, or environmental systems.
• Contribute to the resolution of routine technical problems of limited scope and complexity.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports to communicate findings and support project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
