Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience creating, reviewing and interpreting technical documentation for hardware or tooling development or production.
• Experience in mechanical design, advanced design development, manufacturing or tooling processes.
• Experience creating and releasing engineering drawings using a 3D CAD tool.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative mechanical solutions across the product lifecycle for radars, support equipment and electronics.
• Lead small teams and collaborate with cross-functional groups to resolve technical challenges and design solutions.
• Mentor engineers and manage tasks to meet schedule and budget.
