Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years of mechanical design experience.
• Strong background in machine design and custom equipment development.
• Advanced SolidWorks experience including 3D modeling and drafting.
• Experience performing FEA using ANSYS or similar tools.
• Understanding of GD&T, DFM, manufacturing processes, and materials.

Aufgaben

• Design mechanical systems, assemblies, machined components, and custom equipment using SolidWorks.
• Develop production-ready 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings.
• Perform structural/thermal analysis using ANSYS or similar tools.
• Validate designs through testing, simulations, and design reviews.
• Support product release and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Interface with clients and cross-functional teams throughout projects.
• Maintain revision control and comprehensive design documentation.
