Job summary

technipower.vincere.io is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for a contract-to-hire on-site position in the manufacturing sector. You will develop mechanical designs to meet cost and schedule objectives and customer requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 2+ years of experience, with Inventor and NX experience preferred. You will lead design reviews with customers and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant mechanical design experience.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD tools and design reviews.
• Experience with kickoff meetings and customer design reviews.

In this role, you will be working as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for a client in the Manufacturing Industry. This position will be responsible for mechanical designs that meet cost and schedule objectives and customer requirements.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years experience
• Ability to do 3D design - Experience with Inventor and NX preferred
• Experience with equipment or sheet metal knowledge is preferred
• Experience with attending job kick-off meetings and participating in design reviews with customers
• Prepare and update task lists
