Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC and Plumbing focus.
• P.E. license required.
• 10+ years of HVAC/Plumbing design experience in a consulting firm.
• LEED AP preferred.
• Experience with ASHRAE 90.1, 62.1 and 55.
• Experience with California Title 24 Energy Code.
• Experience with BIM and Revit/AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and plumbing design development per DoD standards.
• Work on surveying, planning, and RFP design standards for Navy/MC/US Army.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on design-build projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building energy codes and standards.
