Formación

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• 2+ years in facilities design for healthcare, higher ed, or commercial.
• Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD; strong CAD/BIM standards.

Responsabilidades

• Research, review, and develop design criteria for facilities.
• Interact with owners, management, architects, and construction team.
• Present technical issues clearly to clients and develop solutions.
• Assist estimating and pre-construction with proposals.
• Define system requirements and equipment selections for design-build.
• Prepare shop drawings and coordinate with trades.
