Job summary

Global Connect Technologies is seeking a highly motivated engineering professional with deep experience in automotive product development and PLM.

You will work extensively with 3DEXPERIENCE and Teamcenter to manage BOMs, configurations, and engineering releases across the vehicle development lifecycle.

This role requires OEM/Tier-1 exposure and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver designs that meet program requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive vehicle engineering or product development.
• Experience in OEM or Tier-1 automotive environments.
• Hands-on with 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) and/or Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of BOM management and product structure management.
• Understanding of engineering release and change management processes.
• Experience with configuration management and product definition.
• Strong understanding of the automotive vehicle development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support vehicle engineering and product development activities throughout the complete vehicle development lifecycle.
• Support product definition, engineering release, change management, and configuration management processes.
• Manage and maintain engineering product structures and BOM.
• Work extensively with 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), Teamcenter, and PLM systems for engineering data and product lifecycle management.
• Support engineering teams with product data, design releases, engineering changes, and configuration updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, program management, quality, and supplier engineering.
• Ensure engineering information and product structures are accurate and aligned with program requirements.
• Support digital product development and PLM process improvements.
• Work closely with OEM and Tier-1 stakeholders to resolve product development and engineering release issues.
• Support program milestones, engineering deliverables, and vehicle development activities.
