Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: On-site (no hybrid/remote). Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates outside the immediate area.

This is a full-time, senior-level position within a rapidly growing market leader in the design and manufacture of industrial systems and equipment. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, the role involves supporting product design, new product introduction (NPI), and manufacturing development. Primary Responsibilities:

• Create and modify 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and models supporting new and re-engineered products.
• Develop manufacturing plans, including bills of material (BOM) and routings.
• Coordinate change management processes using PLM software (Windchill).
• Support quality control, standardization, and cost reduction initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of product development experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• High proficiency with CAD platforms such as Catia, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CREO, etc.

Additional Information:

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience.
