RTX Corporation's Collins Aerospace unit in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a design data release/checking professional. You will prepare records for release, check hardware design docs, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate with engineering teams. The role requires 4+ years experience and ability to obtain security clearance.

Hybrid work arrangement is offered. Candidates should have HS Diploma or AA/AS and experience with 3D CAD (SolidWorks/NX), PDF editing, and Enovia PDM.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance.

Mansioni

• Prepare records for release of design data and documentation.
• Check hardware design and drawings for compliance to standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and detailers for requested changes.
• Verify materials, finishes, processes and connectors per specs.
• Assist CAD/tool support and test new design/documentation techniques.
