Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Plant Maintenance professional for the Port Arthur LNG project in Port Arthur, TX. The role involves operating and maintaining complex LNG plant systems, monitoring performance, and generating reports to ensure continuous, safe operation of two LNG trains and supporting facilities.

Required are a bachelor’s degree and 8–14 years of relevant experience, with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in plant maintenance, gas processing or treatment, and startup execution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates and coordinates maintenance of the plant systems.
• Prepares work orders for servicing and repairs.
• Completes shift reports and logs.
• Monitors equipment performance and analyzes data to ensure reliable operation.
• Identifies equipment problems and initiates repair documentation.
• Participates in emergency response activities per plant programs.
