Job summary

M.C. Dean is hiring a Mechanical Critical Facility Technician to maintain and repair complex mechanical systems in data centers, hospitals, and manufacturing plants. The role requires proficiency with HVAC equipment, BMS platforms, and CMMS documentation.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 10+ years' experience with 3+ years in critical facilities, EPA 608 certification, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Exceptional physical ability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or higher.
• 10+ years' work experience including 3+ years in a critical facility operation (data center/hospital).
• EPA 608 Certification required; preferred NITC Journey-Level HVAC exam within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair complex mechanical systems in mission-critical facilities (data centers, hospitals, manufacturing).
• Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, CRAC/CRAH, AHUs.
• Read and interpret mechanical, plumbing, and electrical diagrams; document work in CMMS.
