Job summary

Binsky is seeking a Project Manager (Mechanical Construction) to lead large-scale HVAC, piping, and process systems projects in Central NJ and PA. You will drive safety, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction while coordinating with design teams and field trades.

The role requires 5–10+ years of PM experience on complex mechanical builds, with Procore, Primavera P6 or MS Project proficiency and a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience managing large-scale mechanical construction projects.
• Proven success delivering healthcare, labs, higher-ed, industrial, R&D projects.
• Experience with Lean Construction and IPD preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret construction documents across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from planning to closeout.
• Ensure scope alignment, constructability, and contract compliance.
• Oversee coordination with design teams and other trades.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and communication.
