Job summary

Binsky, a leading mechanical contractor in Central NJ and PA, seeks an experienced Project Manager (Mechanical Construction) for the large-project MCaP division. You will lead full lifecycle delivery of major mechanical construction projects, driving safety, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading planning, execution, and closeout; coordinating with design teams and trades; managing budgets and change control; fostering client relationships and a zero-incident

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience managing large-scale mechanical construction projects
• Experience with healthcare, labs, higher ed, industrial, or R&D projects
• Lean Construction and/or Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from planning through closeout
• Ensure scope alignment, constructability, and contract compliance
• Oversee coordination with design teams and other trades
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Monitor safety and enforce standards
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
