The successful candidate will have 5+ years in mechanical/construction management, experience with HVAC, piping, MEP, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel to job sites as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management or project management experience preferred
• Experience with mechanical construction projects in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Experience with process piping, HVAC, plumbing, MEP, or related mechanical systems is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, change orders, and project documentation
• Related bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant industry experience

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction projects from planning through completion
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules and overall execution plans
• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments
• Monitor project costs, productivity, labor, purchasing, and overall profitability
• Protect project scope and manage change orders and additional work
• Provide regular cost projections and project progress updates
• Coordinate BIM/CAD, prefabrication, purchasing, and procurement activities
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and other administrative requirements
• Manage and oversee subcontractors throughout project execution
• Travel to customer locations, job sites, meetings, and company offices as required
